Their production staff includes a team of highly skilled culinary experts and outstanding chefs experienced in meal planning, as well as a professionally trained technical staff to insure proper packaging plus all other health and safety concerns. Our plant is HACCP approved and inspected by the United States Department of Agriculture as well as the FSIS/FDA.
